As soon as Mike saw the beautiful white beaches of the Emerald Coast he knew he’d found a place to live and retire.  He also saw the potential of the area from a real estate investment standpoint and realized that the white beaches are white gold.  After 25 years   practicing law he felt it was time to find something fun yet challenging and exciting so he became a Real Estate Agent in 2004.  Specializing in Waterfront and Resort properties Mike believes in giving the best possible service.

Mike is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is a member of the Illinois Trial Bar and Federal Trial Bar.  He has a BA in Political Science.  He served in the Marine Corp from 1969 – 1971.  As a Realtor he belongs to FAR, NAR, ECAR and BCAR. 

Mike’s philosophy: There are two main components when helping someone achieve their real estate goal, Vision and Thinking outside the box.  It takes an analytical mind to help people envision and achieve what is in their best interest and that is the philosophy Mike adheres to.  He feels his success in real estate can only be measured by the benefit that his customers receive from the real estate transactions that he is involved in.  Mike is passionate that the Emerald Coast is the best place on earth to have a condo or residential property.
